From a pool of nearly 350 submissions, Tomu’s modular and sustainable building solutions stood out, earning recognition as one of 23 hand-selected Industry Innovators. This award celebrates forward-thinking projects that drive industries forward and make a meaningful impact on consumers, further solidifying Tomu's contribution to shaping the future of travel.

The Visionary 2030 category specifically honors ground-breaking ideas and innovative technologies that anticipate the challenges and trends of tomorrow across the travel industry. Tomu’s Prefab Villa Collection & Modular Building System addresses common industry construction challenges such as higher costs, long build timelines, and logistical difficulties of remote locations, enabling faster, sustainable development of unique hospitality concepts.

The Skift IDEA Awards are known for honoring excellence in design, creativity, and innovation. This year’s finalists showcased impressive projects, including Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia for their cultural experience, Southwest Airlines’s Repurpose for Purpose, and Radisson Hotel Group's "Book It Easy" platform.
