With our innovative modular building system designed specifically for hospitality, we enable hosts and hoteliers in bringing their unique concepts to life—more quickly, cost-effectively, and sustainably.

Our prefabricated guest units are constructed with premium commercial-grade materials, delivered nearly complete to site, and require only a few days of onsite installation to get projects opened and operating sooner. Whether through a pre-designed model or a bespoke creation, Tomu ensures that every project is an authentic reflection of the creator’s vision and their guests’ expectations.

When we launched Tomu in 2021, our goal was to reshape the hospitality landscape as traveler preferences changed and new forms of alternative lodging emerged.

Since opening our new modular production facility in Hagerstown, Maryland last September, we’ve established a multi-million dollar order pipeline of our prefab lodging units, tripled our team, and gained industry recognition, being named a Hospitality Design Award finalist and winner of the Skift IDEA Award for Industry Innovator: Visionary 2030.

As we enter our next phase, we’re excited to announce the opening of our next investment round to expand our operations and support our growth through 2025. We’ve also created some additional investor benefits specifically for our hospitality partners looking to use Tomu for their next development.
