Q4 2022 Update: Production News & Price Adjustments
Tomu, Inc. announces production updates and upcoming pricing adjustments to the Tomu Villa product line.
WASHINGTON, DC & FREDERICK, MD – Many exciting things have happened since announcing Tomu in October 2021. Our initial roll out of the Tomu Villa line resulted in a higher than anticipated interest from both individuals and the broader hospitality industry, necessitating us to rethink our business model for a larger scale without compromising quality. We spent much of 2022 refining our designs and building processes to make orders quicker to manufacture and more cost-effective to deliver for our clients around the country. That said, we’re excited to announce the upcoming commencement of production for our early reservation holders.
Alongside all of that progress, there have also been some challenges. As a result of rising raw material costs and global supply chain factors, we must adjust our 2023 pricing to reflect this. Maintaining quality materials and design integrity has been a priority for us here at Tomu in order to keep our Villas at the highest standards of quality. Effective November 16th, 2022:
Studio Villa — Now starting at $145,000.00 USD
1-Bed Villa — Now starting at $235,000.00 USD
2-Bed Villa — Now starting at $325,000.00 USD
For reservation holders: Despite this change, all reservation holders will have an opportunity to order their Tomu Villa at the original pricing reflected when they reserved by placing deposit of 10% of their Villa price by November 15th, 2022. Reservation holders that opt not to place a 10% deposit by November 15th will still retain their waitlist reservation.
For those considering a Tomu Villa: You can still reserve at the current pricing with a 10% deposit until November 15th, 2022.
